Today marks the 21st bday of my dear friend Cheryl, unfortunately she passed away 3 years ago. As a tribute for her and for the friendship we had, I am sharing some pictures, together with Ryan, that are actually a part of a video taken March 19, 2002. Happy Birthday Cheryl!

Ang Bahay ni Kuya
Together with Joyce, we went to the Chalk Office last September 19 to get some posters and fliers for their Chalk Cover Girl Search project. After the stay, we decided to visit the Pinoy Big Brother House since it is just beside the ELJ Center (where Chalk Office is located) and took some pictures. Nakakamangha ang bahay ni Kuya!

Talk about consistency

Banner

September 17, 2005, all roads leads to the Araneta Coliseum for the 2005 UAAP Nestle Non-Stop Cheerdance competition. In a sold-out crowd, 8 schools compete to be the best cheerleaders. One school defending its title for the fourth time and the other wants to reclaim the title. Sold out Araneta crowd

This year, I can say that most schools have improved in terms of their routine, execution and originality. De La Salle Pep Squad is much better this year than last year's. Ateneo on the other hand, is much better last year. And so with the host school Adamson and UE. NU Pep, lacked originality, wherein most of their routines was already common and nothing new to offer.

UP Pep Squad width=UST SDT
The UP Pep Squad, as always, has something new to show and surprise their audience, making them the number one threat for the UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe, amidst the pressure has shown a spectacular show. FEU is still a school to look out for in terms of execution.

My bet for this year was between UP and UST vying for the second and first place and it's either UE, Adamson or FEU for the third. After 2 hours of school action, the results are in! Mind you, I can feel the tension even though I'm just watching at home minus the fact that my school is not part of the UAAP. Talking about consistency, for two straight years since 2003, the standing hasn't change. FEU still grabbed the third spot with an average of 88.72% while UP got second with 90.78. With a margin of just .20, UST SDT (90.98%) defended its title for the fourth straight year. It was a really close fight. Here's the final ranking taken from the Philippine Star today.

Fourth - La Salle(76.37) Fifth- UE(76.25) Sixth- Adamson(76.09) Seventh- Ateneo(69.33) Last- NU(64.48)

UST has a well deserve win, UP has nothing to be upset about! Hey,they're always in the winners list every year! For FEU, still a job well done. And for the other schools, it's still school pride that what makes them winners! Till the next Cheerdance competition!

Here are the highlights of the days events, as grabbed from my television

screen!

FEU and UP grabbed the third and second place respectively.

Mahaba-habang lakaran...

FIRST STOP: SM Manila

THIRD STOP: CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION

CSC

TRAPIK! Grabe, First Friday nga pala ng araw na iyon at nagkataon pang Quaipo day.

Kasalukuyan akong may pinagkakaabalahang mahalagang bagay.
